Wolf Art competition

Kerry White (kerryw) on: Klimt Class

Good morning Klimt class. Today is the day that Mr Mills will be judging your art competition.  He is going to have such a hard job! I honestly cannot believe how great your pictures are. There is also an adult competition for you to look at and Mr Brabin has left a blog comment for you to say which one you think deserves to win. Why not check it our today?

You should also be finishing off your wolf reports today. I have seen some great work so far and I look forward to seeing some more. Have you all made use of the activities on Education City? This is a fun way to learn more about adaptation, so worth a look. There is also an investigation (or infestigation!) to try out. You will need to find some woodlice to give it a go, but make sure you handle them very gently.

Have a great day!

Wolves

Kerry White (kerryw) on: Klimt Class

Good morning Klimt Class.  I hope you are all enjoying our new unit about wolves. How are you all getting on with your wolf sketches for the art competition? I have had a great picture from Dash, but that is it so far. I would love to see some more! I have already sent mine to Mr Brabin for the staff competition so keep your eye out for when that goes live - it should be quite funny! Your pictures need to be sent to me/Mr Brabin by tomorrow evening please. Have a great day everyone!

New theme!

Kerry White (kerryw) on: Klimt Class

Good morning everybody!

We have an exciting new theme for you. Who believes the wolf in the story? Do we think is guilty or innocent?

I am really looking forward to seeing/hearing about all the amazing things you do this week. Who is going to try a trick shot like Jacob in Banksy?  It can be any type of ball into any sort of target. Maybe you could try to bounce a ball into a container? Perhaps you could set up a hoop to shoot through before the ball drops into the container? Be creative!!

Also, let me know how you get on with the new bitesize maths lessons.
